Silver Glitter Dress // Morning lovelies, how has your week been? I can't honestly believe it's been four weeks since my friend Rachel married her long term love Paul. It was such a wonderful day filled with happy tears and colourful confetti. If you follow me on Instagram (@electricsunrise), then you've probably already seen my outfit and the hundreds of photos of the actual wedding and the downright gorgeous bride. For those that haven't seen my outfit yet, I thought I'd turn it into a blog post - after all, I'm absolutely obsessed with this dress and had to share it with you all.

The dress is from Warehouse and, get this, was only £20. Yes... that's right. 2-0. 20 bloody pounds. Yeah, I really couldn't believe my luck. I had ran into Warehouse a few weekends before the wedding. I was frantically trying to find an outfit. My option A (lilac floor length dress from New Look) seriously let me down and I had to find an Option B, and fast. Good old Warehouse came to the rescue. Not only was there an 'end of season' sale, but there was an additional 20% off everything. I saw this dress hanging on a rail, and although I initially thought it was farrr toooooo girly and 'princess' like, once I had tried it on, I knew it was the one - it fits so well, is a great length for weddings and formal occasions, has such a gorgeous and unique glitter detailed hem, and, saving the best for last, it has pockets!!!!
You should have seen my face when I walked up to the counter, triumphant and delighted to have snagged such a fabulous bargain. What do you think of my new fancy dress? Let me know in the comments below.
