Filofax Notebooks Review 2017

Filofax Notebooks // Happy Wednesday! It's almost time to go back to school (or university in my case #PhDStudent), so what could be better than treating yourself to some brand new stationery? The guys over at FiloFax have just launched a wonderful notebook collection, perfect for any stationery lovers out there. The collection features a wide range of vibrant colours and designs to choose from, and with refillable pages, these new notebooks will fit perfectly with existing Filofax journals and diaries - how brilliant is that?! I have very kindly received two notebooks to review on this old blog of mine, so keep on reading to hear my thoughts...

Firstly, I was incredibly impressed with the quality of these notebooks. I was lucky enough to review two different sizes - one is A5 (perfect for the handbag) and the other is miniature pocket size (perfect for when you're on the go, you can just slip it into your jacket). The notebooks are extremely sturdy with a stylish cross-grain effect. The pages can be easily removed and transferred into other FiloFax products, which is just awesome. This is a perfect feature for someone like me, who is constantly getting my handwritten notes mixed up and confused - now, I can easily sort them out in a simple and organised way - yay!

The notebooks I received are a gorgeous red colour, guaranteed to make any desk that bit brighter. I was glad to see that the notebooks are in-keeping with so many of FiloFax's other products e.g. they include the trusty ruler, a wire bound spine which allows you to fold the notebook back on itself without any ugly creased spines (a personal hate of mine), and there is a set of colourful inserts to help keep even the most unorganised person in check.

I'm so excited to start using these notebooks and they will come in very handy when I begin my PhD study in October - have I mentioned that to you guys yet? I might create a PhD post soon, so keep your eyes peeled for that. In the meantime, let me know what you think about these new notebooks? Do you think it's something that could be really useful for your work/ student life? Let me know in the comments below.

More soon,

*This post was in collaboration with FiloFax but all thoughts, words and opinions are my own. I only ever work with brands that I truly love and FiloFax fit into that category, thanks again!*
