Hello my lovelies!
At the weekend, I decided to be a tourist in my own hometown, visiting Aberdeen King's College and Old Aberdeen, which is a beautiful area. It's such a lovely, quaint and historic part of the city that has been untouched and full of character, which makes it such a magical place to walk around. I always forget about it as I study at RGU, which is on the other side of the city. A slight contrast to the old buildings is the new university library block, that looks like a giant glass cube, and almost resembles a zone from Crystal Maze! I never realised the vastness of it until I stood against it... Try and see if you can spot me!
I'm wearing my new, quirky, Egyptian eye jumper from ASOS. I was slightly worried when I ordered it that it wouldn't suit me and the rest of my clothes, but thankfully it works in quite nicely. What do you think? It's incredibly warm and with my coat on, I was as snug as a bug in a rug! I wore it with my floral dress, which is now on sale! (Go Go Go!) I love it, as it's a relaxed outfit for those days when you're stuck in the library, or face a whole day of lectures. It's a triple threat; practical, comfy and cozy.
This week I have the horrendous task of deciding on a dissertation topic. I have so many ideas that my head is constantly spinning. Hmmmmm the joys of uni!
